PABX Agent

About the role

The PABX Agent joins the Guest Experience team at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Manama, delivering seamless telephone and guest‑service support throughout the guest’s stay. This position is essential for creating memorable, high‑touch experiences by handling calls, processing operational requests, and providing local information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls using the PABX system.
• Assist guests with requests, reservations, and local area recommendations.
• Process operational needs such as reporting issues and completing daily logs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand’s Gold Standards.
• Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual tasks.
