Padel Coach (Manama)

About the role

World Padel Academy (WPA) is expanding its Bahrain hub in Manama and seeks a passionate Padel Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching to players of all ages and skill levels. You will work directly with individuals, groups, juniors and corporate clients, creating engaging sessions that foster development and enjoyment of the sport.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individual, group, junior and corporate padel coaching sessions in line with WPA standards.
• Assess player abilities and tailor sessions to their level, objectives and development needs.
• Support WPA programmes including academies, camps, leagues, tournaments and community events.
• Maintain strong client relationships, promote repeat bookings and long‑term player development.
• Ensure sessions are safe, professional and punctual, and coordinate court bookings and scheduling with the venue team.
• Identify talented players and assist their progression through WPA’s player pathway.
• Represent WPA’s brand values, assist with promotional activities and maintain coaching equipment and court readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience coaching padel at beginner, intermediate, advanced and junior levels.
• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group sessions.
• Fluent English communication skills and a professional, motivating style.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking and scheduling platforms such as Playtomic or Padel Mates.
