Performance and Growth Specialist

About the role

The Performance and Growth Specialist drives digital growth and revenue through strategic performance‑marketing initiatives. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns, from technical setup to performance reporting, ensuring measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid campaigns across digital platforms to generate qualified leads and direct sales.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets and market opportunities.
• Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, A/B testing and ongoing optimisation to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Set up and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, tags, pixels and reporting tools for accurate measurement.
• Track KPIs such as leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue contribution and ROAS; produce regular performance dashboards and insights.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast outcomes and recommend adjustments based on performance data.
• Define creative direction, messaging and campaign briefs; coordinate with design, content, sales and management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, generate insights and act on findings.
• Excellent collaboration skills to align campaigns with brand positioning and sales priorities.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure data accuracy, proper attribution and reliable reporting.
