Performance Marketing Lead – US Market

About the role

Connect6 Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid‑media performance for RateWorld.us, a US‑market client. Based in our Bahrain office, you will drive day‑to‑day campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic/display channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage performance‑marketing campaigns targeting US audiences on Google Ads, Meta Ads and DV360/programmatic display.
• Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies and pacing to meet spend, connected‑call and conversion targets.
• Monitor and optimise performance daily, adjusting audience targeting, creative rotation, bids and channel mix.
• Oversee tracking setup and quality assurance (tags, conversion events, call tracking) for accurate reporting.
• Reconcile media spend and support monthly billing and reporting cycles.
• Lead regular syncs with the RateWorld client team and internal stakeholders, presenting strategy, results and next steps.
• Deliver clear, US‑market‑savvy performance reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing performance‑marketing campaigns in the North US market.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into optimisation decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
