Pharmacist – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

Elite Pharmacy WLL is launching a new retail pharmacy in Al‑Hidd, Bahrain and is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join its founding team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves dispensing medications accurately, counseling patients, and supporting the pharmacy’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions while providing clear usage instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage storage conditions, and track expiry dates.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support wellness initiatives.
• Keep the pharmacy environment clean, organized, and customer‑friendly.

Required profile

• Valid NHRA license and Bahraini nationality.
• Pharmacy degree with licensure to practice in Bahrain.
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and patient‑counseling abilities.
• Attention to detail in prescription verification and record‑keeping.
• Experience in retail pharmacy (Bahrain or GCC) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems.
• Basic computer skills.
