Physiotherapist – Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the role

The Physiotherapist will deliver evidence‑based care to patients in a long‑term care hospital, working within a multidisciplinary team to enhance mobility, independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for chronic, neurological, musculoskeletal and post‑surgical patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with patients, families and the MDT.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, mobility training, respiratory physiotherapy and electrotherapy.
• Support and train patients in the safe use of mobility aids, prosthetics and orthotics.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and long‑term condition management.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with community services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with infection control, health‑and‑safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid NHRA license.
• 6–8 years of clinical experience, preferably in long‑term care or rehabilitation settings.
• Experience with neurological and geriatric populations is highly desirable.
