About the role

The Joinery Department of a reputable construction company in Bahrain is seeking a Polishing Supervisor to lead a team of ten polishing technicians. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality interior finishes using modern polishing machinery and paint systems.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the polishing team.
• Ensure all polishing work meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage and maintain polishing equipment and related tools.
• Oversee material handling, warehouse organization, and inventory for polishing supplies.
• Plan work schedules, monitor progress, and report to senior management.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in interior polishing or joinery finishing.
