Procurement Manager / Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager / Supervisor to lead sourcing, purchasing and supplier relationship activities. The role works closely with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Engineering to ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement activities, review requisitions and develop sourcing plans aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers; issue RFQs/RFPs, compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Issue purchase orders, monitor order status, coordinate deliveries with Warehouse, Logistics and requesting departments.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts and procurement documentation in ERP systems.
• Track supplier performance, resolve quality or delivery issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse market trends, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support spend analysis reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supplier management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiation.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for quotation comparison, spend analysis and reporting.
