About the role
The Procurement Specialist will be based in Manama and work full‑time on‑site, managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process for the company. You will be responsible for securing goods and services at the best value while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create, process and track purchase orders.
- Evaluate, select and manage supplier relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable conditions.
- Analyse procurement data to optimise cost and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in purchase order management and procurement processes.
- Background in supplier evaluation and relationship management.
- Strong contract negotiation capabilities.
- Analytical mindset for cost optimisation and decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is a plus.
