Product Manager

About the role

Oryxa Technologies WLL is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its cross‑border payment solutions. Based in the Capital Governorate of Bahrain, you will work on‑site with engineering, design, operations and compliance teams to deliver secure, fast and cost‑effective payment products.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and feature prioritisation based on customer needs and market trends.
• Gather and document detailed product requirements, manage backlogs and coordinate sprint planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and compliance to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor product performance, collect user feedback and iterate to improve user experience and reduce transaction friction.
• Prepare product documentation and support go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience, including roadmap planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Background in financial technology or payment solutions, preferably cross‑border or B2B payments.
• Ability to analyse data and translate market and customer insights into product decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience launching and scaling digital products with measurable impact.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bahrain and engage with local and regional stakeholders.
