Product Owner – Software Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our software products. The role bridges business stakeholders, customers, design, engineering, cybersecurity, and project management to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and define vision aligned with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, customer‑centric experiences.
• Work with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams to assess feasibility, security, and compliance.
• Validate technical feasibility, security implications, and effort before commitments.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to define and deliver requirements on schedule.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Define product priorities based on customer value, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support UAT, release planning, and product launches.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features using Agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in a software development company.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven track record managing software products from concept to release.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
