Programming Teacher for Kids and Teens

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic coding teachers to deliver a range of programs for children and teenagers aged 6‑18. Classes are offered both on‑site at our campus and online, allowing you to engage learners in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum for courses such as The Coding Knight, Mars Academy, Python Start/Pro, Digital Literacy, Game Design, Unity, Front‑end Development, Scratch, Video Content Creation and Graphic Design.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit preschoolers, primary school students and teenagers.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments and project‑based activities.
• Provide feedback and support to help students progress.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and contribute to continuous improvement of the curriculum.

Required profile

• Technical or IT educational background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Pedagogical or psychological training is a plus.
• Experience as a camp counselor, teacher or trainer of children in the 6‑18 age range.
• For Python courses, proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, C#).
• For Unity, knowledge of C, C++ or C# is required.
• Ability to work with preschoolers (5‑7 years) for The Coding Knight program.
