Project Manager – Architectural Steel & Facade Projects

About the role

Gulf Shade is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Architectural Steel, Facade, Fabric Membrane, and Tensile Structure projects in Bahrain. The role covers the full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to site execution, quality assurance, safety management and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, budget and allocate resources for complex steel and membrane façade projects.
• Oversee procurement, site execution, quality control and safety compliance throughout the project.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage project risks, cost variations, reporting and team performance.
• Ensure successful final handover and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience with architectural steel, structural steel, façade, fabric membrane and tensile structure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, planning and site execution.
• PMP certification and GCC experience preferred.
