Project Planner

About the role

The Project Planner is responsible for estimating project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met. Working closely with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams, the planner guarantees that material supplies are adequate and that projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline plans, and earned value management reports.
• Coordinate pre‑contract and post‑contract activities, including RFQs, supplier quotations, and order tracking.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients, and external parties to close out procurement.
• Review new jobs, identify RFIs, scope discrepancies, and support the Setting Out team.
• Prepare dashboards, weekly and monthly progress reports, and update tracking tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out or high‑rise construction environment.
• Background in 5‑star hotel, public area, or commercial project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver extensions of time using various techniques.
• Willingness to relocate within Saudi Arabia and join immediately.
