Project Sales Engineer – HVAC

About the role

ALSALAM GROUP is seeking a motivated Outdoor HVAC Project Sales Engineer to drive new business across Bahrain. The role combines technical HVAC expertise with full‑cycle sales responsibilities, targeting commercial and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HVAC project opportunities through consultants, contractors, developers and end‑users.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects and project owners.
• Analyse tender documents, BOQs, drawings and specifications to prepare technical proposals.
• Produce commercial quotations, cost estimates and recommend suitable HVAC solutions (VRF, Split, Ducted Split, Packaged Units, Ventilation Systems).
• Deliver technical presentations, negotiate terms and secure contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and execution teams after order confirmation.
• Monitor project progress, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain CRM records.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and upcoming construction projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC project sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment selection, estimation and tender preparation.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors and developers in Bahrain or the GCC.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence (preferred).
