QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and industry regulations. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Develop written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital systems for quality tracking and reporting, such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks, and final product audits across Joinery, Metal, Polishing, and Packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Prepare audit reports, monitor effectiveness of quality procedures, and lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends and improvement initiatives.
• Lead the QA/QC team, provide training, and develop future quality leaders.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC, and related industry standards.
• Proficiency with digital quality systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
