QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and industry regulations. This senior position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality systems that support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Prepare written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital quality tracking and reporting tools such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks, and final product audits across joinery, metal, polishing, and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements per the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives, and action plans.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team, coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Implement training programs to raise quality awareness and develop future leaders.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
