Recreation Attendant

About the role

The Recreation Attendant ensures guests enjoy a safe, fun, and relaxing experience in our leisure facilities. You will be the first point of contact, guiding participants through activities, handling equipment, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Encourage, register and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Provide information on facilities, promote rules, and ensure safety.
• Monitor activities, respond to emergencies, and report incidents.
• Clean, maintain and inspect recreation equipment and supplies.
• Process payments for rentals, activities and retail sales using POS systems.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist guests with disabilities.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time in an onsite environment.
