Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will work closely with the Senior Manager to design and execute the division’s priority banking strategy. The role focuses on acquiring, retaining, and growing a portfolio of High‑Net‑Worth individuals while delivering premium service and risk‑adjusted advice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop priority‑banking objectives aligned with the division’s business plan.
• Source new high‑net‑worth clients using a disciplined sales process and deep product knowledge.
• Enhance existing relationships, provide professional customer service, and anticipate potential risks.
• Analyse complex risk profiles and deliver balanced risk‑return assessments.
• Offer innovative financial solutions and investment advice across all product categories.
• Coordinate with product development, business‑development, and operations teams to launch new services and ensure smooth execution of sales and financing deals.
• Maintain client profiles and databases, produce investment summary reports, and communicate product updates.
• Define personal performance goals and identify training needs in collaboration with the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with High‑Net‑Worth individuals in a banking or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric approach.
