Reporting & Financial Analyst

About the role

Woodco W.L.L. is looking for an experienced Reporting & Financial Analyst to strengthen its finance function. The role will support financial reporting, business analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making for the banking and financial services division.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow statements.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and financial forecasts.
• Conduct budget‑vs‑actual analysis and variance reporting.
• Analyse sales, margin and cost trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business owners on financial and commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Bahrain.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
