Resident Engineer / IT Infra Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer to provide end‑to‑end support, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the bank’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks and critical banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage SQL Server 2019/2022 and Hyper‑V virtualization clusters.
• Support Office 365 deployment, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain HP SAN storage, HP tape library and Veeam backup solutions.
• Provide IT support for EFTS and SQL database cluster applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network devices and banking application issues, including CBB, RTGS and BCTS.
• Participate in disaster‑recovery exercises and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and virtualization.
• Experience with database administration, storage management and backup solutions.
• Background in supporting banking or financial applications.
