About the role

As a Restaurant Manager for CLAW BBQ, you will lead the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, ensuring every guest experiences the warmth and light of hospitality. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, product quality, and profitability while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting, and marketing.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement innovative marketing, up‑selling, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new staff to uphold service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
