Revenue Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation, pricing strategy and commercial performance analysis across our global markets. The role will combine data‑driven insights with strategic planning to maximise growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives.
• Analyse revenue performance, customer demand, pricing trends and competitive market conditions.
• Build financial models, revenue forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
• Optimise pricing structures, promotions, discount strategies and revenue streams.
• Monitor commercial KPIs such as revenue growth, gross margin, LTV, ARPU, occupancy/utilisation and RevPAR where applicable.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, product, operations and executive leadership teams.
• Conduct demand forecasting and capacity planning to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports using business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Evaluate new products, market opportunities and commercial initiatives to improve revenue performance.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI‑driven analytics to improve forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial finance, business analytics or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of improving revenue performance through pricing, forecasting and analytical decision‑making.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and executive leadership teams.
