Room Attendant

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Mantis, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay. Your meticulous approach to housekeeping helps maintain the high standards of our eco‑focused resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms by making beds, replenishing amenities, and arranging furniture to meet brand standards.
• Perform cleaning duties in corridors, lobbies, and other public areas using appropriate agents and equipment.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all cleaning and organization tasks.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report stock levels to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or amenities and help resolve housekeeping concerns.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeeping staff and other departments to ensure smooth resort operations.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Team‑player attitude, willing to work closely with colleagues across departments.
