Sales Administration Manager – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to lead the sales administration function within its automotive division. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end processing of vehicle sales, ensure compliance with legal and company standards, and support the sales team in delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the sales administration team, including performance reviews.
• Supervise the complete sales administration workflow from order entry to vehicle handover.
• Ensure accurate preparation of sales documentation such as contracts, registration forms and invoices.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to increase efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and other company systems.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Liaise with finance, logistics, after‑sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to optimise stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior administrator in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time‑management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market and regulations (advantageous).
