Sales and Marketing Executive – IT/ERP

About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive specialized in IT and ERP solutions to drive new business in Bahrain. The role focuses on mid‑market SME corporate customers, generating new customer acquisitions and associated revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, qualify prospects and set appointments.
• Present product demos and offer services to qualified clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including quotes, RFIs and RFPs.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and webinars.
• Record all sales activities in the company CRM and prepare status updates for the business development team.
• Deliver live and web‑based presentations, develop sales collateral and adapt it for horizontal markets.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales presentations and meet productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/ERP sales and marketing, preferably within Bahrain.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to work onsite.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, IT or Science.
