Sales Executive – Food & Beverage (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead B2B sales for our Food & Beverage division in Bahrain. You will build strong corporate relationships, develop new accounts, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate accounts in the F&B sector across Bahrain.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
• Design and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing to close deals profitably.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or similar B2B role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and passionate about the F&B sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
