Sales Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

Alzayani Foods is looking for a driven Sales Executive – F&B to join our team in Manama. You will be responsible for generating B2B sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the Food & Beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts across Bahrain.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or similar B2B role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and passionate about the F&B sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
