Sales Executive – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive will lead the boutique’s sales performance in Bahrain, delivering personalized fragrance recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines strong product knowledge with a focus on meeting sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety standards, dress code, and cash handling procedures.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Provide consultative fragrance advice, handle customer inquiries, and build lasting relationships through follow‑up and loyalty programs.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, performing regular checks, coordinating reorders and ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
• Implement loss‑prevention measures, conduct visual inspections, and support investigations of inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with visual merchandising, window displays, promotional setups and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong product knowledge, especially in fragrances, and ability to convey it to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work accurately with cash, POS systems and inventory processes.
