Sales Executive – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our luxury retail team in Bahrain. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Strictly follow all company policies, store procedures, brand guidelines, health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Provide personalized fragrance recommendations, handle inquiries, complaints and build lasting customer relationships.
• Monitor stock levels, perform regular checks, place reorders and ensure proper labeling, pricing and FIFO/FEFO rotation.
• Follow loss‑prevention protocols, conduct visual checks, secure high‑value items and support investigations.
• Assist with visual merchandising, window displays, POS operation, cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• 2–15 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work with KPIs.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling and inventory procedures.
• Commitment to adhering to company policies, brand standards and safety protocols.
