Sales, HR & Coordination Executive (Multiple Roles)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, organized professionals to join our team as a Sales Executive, HR Executive, or Coordinator. Each position plays a key part in supporting business growth, maintaining efficient operations, and ensuring clear communication between teams, clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities to drive revenue growth (Sales Executive).
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client outreach, presentations, and follow‑ups on products or services.
• Support the full sales process from prospecting to negotiations and account coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and pipeline updates.
• Assist HR daily operations, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding (HR Executive).
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel information.
• Support employee communication, HR‑related requests, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and communication between teams (Coordinator).
• Monitor task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and communicate any operational issues.
