Sales Representative - Bahrain

About the role

Enhance is a leading provider of certified personal trainers in the GCC, combining fitness services with technology. As a Sales Representative based in Bahrain you will drive new business and retain existing clients for our fitness training and tech platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and existing clients.
• Upsell and renew packages to maintain client retention.
• Perform basic system transactions related to manual billing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients on a name‑to‑name basis.
• Identify trainer schedule gaps and match them with prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of B2C sales experience, preferably in fitness, F&B or hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a resilient, self‑motivated attitude.

Required skills

• Salesforce knowledge (a plus).
