Sales Representative Manager – Lead & Grow Sales Teams

About the role

The Sales Representative Manager will lead a team of sales representatives, coordinating daily activities and driving revenue growth. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and ensure strong customer relationships across existing and prospective accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales objectives and monitor performance indicators.
• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the execution of sales plans.
• Identify customer opportunities, develop prospecting strategies, and maintain engagement with clients.
• Track sales pipelines, leads, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Review sales reports, spot trends, and devise improvement strategies.
• Assist representatives with negotiations, product demos, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Organise sales meetings, gather customer feedback, and monitor market and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, operations, finance and other departments to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales management, lead generation, sales pipelines and business development.
• Proven leadership and team‑coordination abilities, with experience guiding and motivating sales staff.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused, results‑oriented mindset with strong organisational capabilities.
