About the role
The Scrum Master will guide development teams and embed Agile practices that align with business objectives. This role ensures smooth delivery of value by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
Key responsibilities
- Coach the team on Agile delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum values and rules.
- Organise and facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Communicate progress and metrics across sprints to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve impediments to maintain efficient sprint delivery.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mediate conflicts and ensure clear communication between development and business teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within the banking sector.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA and Trello.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
