Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and highly disciplined Security Manager to lead our security operations across multiple sites. The role involves overseeing personnel, procedures, and risk‑management activities to protect employees, customers, facilities, assets, information, and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across all company locations, including offices, stores, and warehouses.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, standards, and operating guidelines.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate security officers, guards, supervisors, control‑room staff, and other security personnel.
• Prepare staffing schedules, duty assignments, patrol plans, access‑control procedures, and operational coverage.
• Conduct regular security briefings, risk assessments, and audits to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm, access‑control, and security communication systems, ensuring proper functionality and maintenance.
• Control and monitor access to restricted areas, manage visitor and contractor access, and enforce key‑control and identification procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and coordinate emergency response procedures.
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, property damage, and misconduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security management with strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent situational awareness and the capacity to develop effective security strategies.
• Disciplined approach to enforcing policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate security staff.
