Senior Cloud Architect – Oracle Flexcube (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Flexcube to join a major banking transformation program in Bahrain. The role combines hands‑on cloud implementation experience with a strong understanding of GCC banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the cloud architecture strategy for core banking platforms.
• Ensure all solutions meet Bahrain and GCC regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Oversee migration, implementation, and optimisation of Flexcube environments in hybrid or multi‑cloud settings.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud architecture roles.
• Proven delivery of Oracle Flexcube implementations or migrations in cloud environments.
• Extensive experience working within regulated banking environments in the GCC.
• Strong ability to make architecture decisions and influence senior leadership.
