About the role
The Senior Consultant, Functional – Tech will design, document and develop solutions for new and existing business lines using RICE components. The role involves close collaboration with users and process owners to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Design, document and develop new solutions using Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements (RICE).
- Modify and enhance existing solutions, ensuring smooth rollout.
- Communicate with users and process owners to gain buy‑in and develop implementation strategies.
- Identify KPIs and support business users in mapping and streamlining practices.
- Conduct user training, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs promptly.
- Plan and manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and cleansing.
- Monitor system performance to achieve optimal response times.
- Provide regular progress reports and maintain compliance with quality standards and EHSQ policies.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
