Senior Designer - Menswear

About the role

We are looking for a creative Senior Designer to lead our menswear collection in Bahrain. The role involves turning concepts into detailed designs using CAD tools, ensuring the final products align with market trends and brand standards, and delivering collections that meet both aesthetic and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Visualise ideas and produce detailed menswear designs using computer‑aided design (CAD).
• Develop and plan seasonal ranges, from initial sketches to final specifications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion, fabric, colour and shape trends.
• Collaborate with buyers, forecasters and the planning team to meet brief requirements and price points.
• Liaise closely with buying and planning teams to ensure designs suit the target customer and market.
• Interpret technical design requirements and produce accurate technical packs.
• Ensure designs meet cost targets and production feasibility.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for manufacturers.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of menswear market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for fashion innovation.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into production‑ready designs.
• Experience working closely with buying and planning teams.
