Senior Engineer – Central Gas System (LPG)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer to lead our Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project team in Bahrain. The role combines technical expertise with B2B sales leadership to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CGS sales and project teams, ensuring high performance and synergy.
• Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries and securing new business.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new opportunities through market research, networking and relationship building.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and execution teams for seamless project delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and present updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in sales/project execution within the CGS sector.
• Proven leadership experience managing sales and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of centralized gas system design, standards and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
