Senior Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices

About the role

A leading medical device company is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer for its Bahrain office. The role focuses on delivering on‑site installation, maintenance and technical support for medical equipment across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
• Lead technical support activities and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Support service revenue through service agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
• Coordinate installations, training and service resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, tools and spare parts inventory, ensuring equipment and tools are calibrated.
• Mentor and support Service Engineers with technical repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor service performance and help achieve service targets.

Required profile

• Bahraini nationals preferred due to nationalisation requirements.
• Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ field service experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site customer support and a valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interview in Bahrain.
