Senior Full Stack Engineer – Fintech (Bahrain)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing fintech company in Bahrain that is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You will help design, build, and maintain scalable products across backend services, web platforms, and mobile applications while shaping DevOps and observability practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain .NET/.NET Core microservices.
• Build modern web front‑ends using React, Angular or similar frameworks.
• Create cross‑platform mobile applications with Flutter/Dart.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end customer experiences.
• Apply test‑driven development and clean‑code principles across all layers.
• Deploy, scale and operate applications on AWS, using Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement robust observability – monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands‑on backend and frontend work.
• Proven ability to work in a microservices architecture and deliver high‑quality code.
• Excellent communication skills and a product‑mindset.
• Problem‑solving orientation and a focus on automation and reliability.
