Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking two senior full‑stack .NET developers to join a major enterprise digital transformation programme in Bahrain. The role involves modernising core systems, building scalable platforms and preparing the architecture for automation, analytics and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Framework.NET Core and C#.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs, micro‑services and backend architectures.
• Create responsive front‑end interfaces and integrate them with backend systems.
• Modernise legacy systems, digitise workflows and implement RPA tools such as Power Automate.
• Design middleware and integration layers using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and AWS API Gateway.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting and data visualisation solutions.
• Prepare systems for AI readiness, improve data quality and support anomaly detection.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server on AWS RDS, perform performance tuning, backup and high‑availability configuration.
• Implement secure coding practices, encryption, access control and support security audits (NCSC compliance).
• Produce technical documentation, API specifications and troubleshoot production issues.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (5+ years) in full‑stack .NET development.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be a Bahrain national and able to work onsite in Manama.

• Monthly rate of $3,500 USD.
