Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Agency

About the role

The Collective Creative Agency (TCCA) is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its fast‑moving creative team in Tubli, Bahrain. You will work on a variety of print and digital projects for a diverse client base, shaping visual concepts that drive brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital platforms, social media, and print media.
• Design branding materials, presentations, marketing collateral, and campaign creatives.
• Produce print layouts such as brochures, flyers, billboards, packaging, signage, and exhibition stands.
• Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring colour accuracy and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Servicing, and Production teams to meet project goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and manage multiple deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid knowledge of print production, pre‑press, colour management and specifications.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
• Basic motion‑graphics or animation abilities.
