About the role
Join EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services team as a Senior Manager – IFRS Advisory Specialist. You will work with leading clients across the MENA region, providing high‑impact IFRS advice on pre‑transaction structuring and complex accounting challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of IFRS technical specialists to deliver advisory services on transaction accounting and financial statement preparation.
- Provide clients with IFRS guidance on pre‑transaction structuring to achieve optimal accounting outcomes.
- Collaborate with global subject‑matter experts and in‑house transaction teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality advice.
- Coach and develop junior staff, fostering the next generation of IFRS advisory talent.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in IFRS accounting, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high‑profile projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results‑driven, proactive attitude.
