Senior Manager – Valuations & Modeling (Oil & Gas)

About the role

At EY, the Valuations & Modeling Senior Manager will support MENA‑based oil and gas clients with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair‑market‑value documentation. The role offers exposure to large‑scale valuation and modelling projects, mentorship and formal learning opportunities within EY Parthenon.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality valuations and financial models for major oil and gas clients.
• Drive business development by positioning solutions and building client relationships.
• Prepare and present valuation reports, presentations and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Manage valuation projects for M&A, purchase price allocations and fair value assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Minimum 7 years of valuation experience with oil & gas or energy clients, including significant time at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven experience managing M&A, purchase price allocation and fair valuation projects.
• Progress towards CFA, CA or similar professional qualification.
