Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join a high‑impact national healthcare project. You will design, build, and support critical infrastructure such as national portals, HL7/FHIR API integration layers, real‑time messaging, and database repositories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable services using .NET 8, C#, and Web API following Clean Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design.
• Develop real‑time communication modules with SignalR and modern web interfaces, preferably using Blazor.
• Manage complex database interactions with SQL Server and Oracle, including stored procedures returning multiple cursors.
• Integrate AI models, LLMs, and RAG workflows using Python and TypeScript.
• Create architectural documentation, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and support production systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in structured enterprise environments, preferably in healthcare, licensing, or insurance domains.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑facing communication skills.
