Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from site possession to handover, working with minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical execution and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle on site, from client handover to final delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Optimize resource use, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records.
• Oversee construction sites, vendors, and trades while ensuring clear client communication.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract, and safety management.
• Identify and mitigate potential disputes or claims.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering or fit‑out roles.
• Proven technical and execution capabilities.
• Background with professional fit‑out contracting companies and in‑house workforces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
