Senior Project Engineer

About the role
The Senior Project Engineer will independently lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client handover to site completion, ensuring seamless execution with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the project on‑site, from possession to final handover.
- Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
- Maximise efficiency of labour, materials and equipment.
- Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
- Maintain accurate progress records and oversee construction sites.
- Manage vendors, trades and maintain continuous communication with clients.
- Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, safety and contract administration.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of relevant experience in fit‑out or construction engineering.
- Strong technical and execution capabilities.
- Experience with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
- Valid local driving licence.
