Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will independently drive fast‑track fit‑out projects from site possession to handover, ensuring seamless execution with minimal supervision. This role demands strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on‑site, from client handover to final delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency (labour, materials, equipment) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract administration and safety.
• Establish project team responsibilities, communication protocols and dispute mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Proven technical and execution capabilities.
• Background with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
