Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will independently drive fast‑track fit‑out projects from site possession to handover, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on‑site, from client handover to final delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and ensure continuous client communication.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract, and safety management.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong technical and execution abilities.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contracting companies and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Computer literate and holder of a local driving licence.
